Dave began his career as a data analyst and financial planning specialist in 1994.  Pursuing his passions, Cushard and his team have built a thriving wealth management firm built upon the foundation of intelligent investment and risk management portfolio building, experienced financial planning and a holistic approach to helping each client achieve their personal and family goals.

As a member of Mensa, Dave enjoys solving puzzles including financial scenarios with complex analysis, unique situations, trusts, nonprofits and businesses.

In his free time, Dave enjoys beekeeping, cycling, disc golf and travel with his wife, Shannon, and their 7 children and 4 grandchildren.
